And so he will walk into the sunset…

… never to be heard from again.

Bush is gone. As I write this, the man that has led America into it’s most disastrous condition in nearly 100 years, is packing his bags, and on his way out of the White House. His staff is gone, his authority is gone, and his legacy is cast in stone.

I want to celebrate, but find it very difficult to do so, because of what this administration is leaving behind. It feels like finally capturing a madman that has terrorized a town, a very happy moment, only to look behind and see all the death and destruction that happened while he was loose. And the sadness for America sets in.

Now, like at the end of an evil occupation, we must rebuild. We must pick up the pieces and try to find a way to put them back together.

Will Bush and his traitorous minions (in the political and financial sectors) be held to account for the destruction that they have reaped? Probably not… but they should.
