		<description>Since the JFK, ALL VP candidates have been chosen for strategic reasons (i.e. to win votes). 

Concerned about experience? I certainly hope you aren't voting for Obama. He has just a tad more than Sarah Baracuda. 

He chose her to offset the "historic" phenom of Obama's campaign. Now, choose McCain and you get history too. From that standpoint, a brilliant move. 

Politics are a dirty business and you've got clear snakes on both sides. 

Here's the deal. We've got whack jobs at the extreme of both the left and right. The edges are actually more alike than not (even though they tend to be clueless). Truth lies in the middle.

We shall see how this develops.

At least Palin's husband has a goatee. You don't see that look in politics. Good for him. It's actually refreshing to see a "regular" person jumping into politics.</description>
